Audio stops when I lock the phone. iPhone: check that Low Power Mode isn't limiting background audio. Android: Settings → Apps → RoundTalk → Battery → Unrestricted. And keep the app up to date.
How do I change my language or level? Tap the profile icon on the home screen → Language / Level.
Restore my subscription on a new phone. Profile icon → Restore purchases (use the same Apple ID or Google account).
Cancel my subscription. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RoundTalk. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RoundTalk. Or, in the app, Profile icon → Manage subscription.
Delete my data. Write to us below with the email you want us to reply to; we erase your data and confirm it.
